Scheduling of appointment to Marketing Section through website or Email.

Confirmation

Confirmation and approval of scheduled appointment

Safety protocol

Thermal scanning and checking if the patient is wearing facemask/faceshield. Sanitation of hands before entering the clinic.

Conduct Covid-19 Rapid Test

In an instance of Positive result, the clinic will advise the Agency/Client to have a 14 days isolation period. While negative result patient can proceed with the examination.

Repeat Covid-19 Rapid Test after 14 days isolation

If results are still IGM Positive and IGG Negative, extend quarantine by 7 days increments and repeat testing.

Persistent IGM Positive but IGG Negative

If persistemtly IGM Positive but IGG Negative for 2 consecutive re-test after the 1st 14 day period, consider potential false positives and confer with infectious disease specialist.

Quality Procedure for Covid-19 Rapid Test on Mobile

Purpose

To determine whether the patients/clients are positive or negative in Covid-19.

Scope

This covers identification re-checking of patient’s identification, collections, labeling, and recording of specimens, conduct covid-19 rapid test, evaluation and issuance of results.

Marketing - Scheduling of Appointments, Confirming and approval of scheduled appointments.

Medical Technologies - Re-checking the identity of the patients, collection of specimens, processing of blood for necessary test, recording of findings, and issuance of results.

Assistant Staff - Assists all the processed done by the Medical Technologies.
